In-stock items are shipped when the order has been payed and will be delivered within 2–8 business days depending on your location. For items on backorder or shipped via partner warehouses, delivery times are listed at the ‘Add to cart’ button.

It depends on what you order. Smaller parcels are usually shipped with GLS. Larger items like washing units are delivered on pallets by freight carrier. Mirrors will often be shipped on pallets to ensure a safe delivery. We always try to avoid pallet delivery if possible, so you're not left with them to dispose of.

Most furniture comes fully assembled or can be put together without tools. For example, styling chairs usually arrive in two parts – base and seat – that simply click together.

All our products come with at least a 2-year warranty covering mechanical defects.
